What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. Different charters come with different services — for instance, sunset trips are equipped with high-quality drinks and snacks, whereas corporate bookings provide meeting facilities and professional catering choices.
How early do I need to make a reservation?
It's wise to reserve your charter 2–3 weeks ahead, or even longer during busy months (May–September). For business gatherings and special events, arranging your booking 4–6 weeks in advance guarantees better access and permits customizing the details.
What is the procedure if the weather is unfavorable?
Safety is our principal concern. If the captain considers the weather unsafe, we will suggest rescheduling to a new date or issuing a complete refund. We keep a close eye on weather forecasts and will notify you if the upcoming conditions warrant concern 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
May I bring my provisions on board?
Certainly, you're allowed to supply your own food and drinks. We also have exceptional catering services and can tailor menus to meet your tastes. We remind you that for safety, items in glass containers are prohibited on board.
Do you provide yachts that are accessible to individuals with mobility issues?
Our mission is to be inclusive for all. Although some yachts have better accessibility features, it's best to get in touch with us while booking to discuss individual requirements. We will suggest the most fitting yacht and make any needed arrangements.
What's your policy for cancellation?
If you cancel 72 hours prior to departure, you will get a full refund. Cancellations made between 24–72 hours will qualify for a 50% refund. Should you cancel within 24 hours of the departure, the fee is non-refundable, unless the cause is due to weather conditions or mechanical problems on our end.
