Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
More than 72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Full reimbursement minus handling charges
Processing Duration: 5-7 business days
Handling Charge: $50 for credit card dealings
Prerequisites: Must be applied for in written form via email or telephone
24-72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: 50% of the aggregate charter cost
Processing Duration: 7-10 business days
Handling Charge: $25 subtracted from the reimbursement
Prerequisites: Justifiable reason demanded; administrative fees apply
Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Reimbursement not available
Exception: Exceptional conditions might be contemplated
Substitute: Management may offer a credit for charters at their discretion
Prerequisites: Documents necessary for emergency contentions
Weather-Related Cancellations

Security is our utmost concern. If weather elements are evaluated as hazardous for charter ventures by our skilled captain, we present adaptable options:
- Full Refund: A comprehensive refund if rescheduling cannot be accommodated
- Reschedule: Relocate your charter to an upcoming available slot without extra cost
- Charter Credit: Earn a voucher valid for one year from the initial charter's date
Weather Assessment Procedure
Our climate examination comprises:
- Evaluation of wind force and trajectory
- Swell magnitude and ocean conditions
- Outlook for visibility and precipitation
- Notices and alerts from the Coast Guard
- Expert captain’s judgment on safety
Decision Timing: Verdicts on weather cancellations are concluded not later than 4 hours before the planned takeoff.
Medical Emergency Refunds
Emergency Situations
We comprehend that unexpected medical emergencies might arise. Circumstances that may warrant particular reconsideration include:
- Abrupt sickness or injury leading to hospitalization
- Passing of a direct family member
- Military conscription or urgent recall
- Juridical duty or legal subpoena
- Natural catastrophes affecting journey
Documentation Criteria
For emergency repayment claims, kindly supply:
- Certification from a medical authority or hospital substantiation
- Death certificate (if pertinent)
- Formal military mandates
- Legal summons or note of juridical duty
- Travel notices or declarations of emergency
Processing: Emergency refunds are completed within 3-5 working days after obtaining the necessary documents.
Operational Cancellations
Mechanical Troubles
In the event your specifically appointed vessel encounters mechanical issues that aren’t promptly solvable:
- Replacement Vessel: We will make efforts to provide a similar substitute
- Full Refund: If a substitute isn't within reach
- Partial Refund: If the surrogate vessel is different in pricing
- Compensation: Extra recompense may be rendered for any inconvenience
Crew Unavailability
In exceptional cases where certified crew becomes unattainable:
- A substitute crew will be allocated if feasible
- Total refund if the charter can't proceed
- Rescheduling without added charges

Repayment Mode
Reimbursements are transacted back to the original methodology used for the booking:
- Credit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
- Cash/Cheque: 3-5 business days

Credit Card Processing
$50 fee for cancellations more than 72 hours beforehand
Bank Transfer Processing
$25 fee for every bank transfer reimbursement
International Processing
Supplementary fees may be incurred for transactions abroad
Charter Credits
Occasions for Credit Offers
Charter vouchers might be suggested as an alternative to repayments under certain conditions:
- Abbreviated cancellations (underneath 24 hours)
- Cancellations due to climatic issues
- Spontaneous rescheduling solicitations
- Unexpected operational setbacks
Credit Stipulations
- Validity: One year from the date of issuance
- Non-transferability: Cannot be conveyed to others
- Amount: Full value of the charter (exempt from processing charges)
- Utilization: Applicable to any free charter
- Lapse: Not extendable past one year
Partial Service Refunds
Interruptions in Service
If your chartered service is halted or truncated due to circumstances we control:
- Proportional reimbursement based on untouched duration
- Credit for an equivalent future charter
- Free of charge extras or enhancements
Disruptions Caused by Guests
If a charter ends prematurely owing to guest misbehavior or infringing safety rules:
- No repayment for the remaining period
- Full charge is still accountable
- Extra fees might be imposed
Dispute Resolution
In case of dissatisfaction with reimbursement decisions, you may:
- Ask for a reassessment by our administration
- Present additional proof or documentation
- Seek a settlement through consumer protection bodies
- Engage in legal channels as sanctioned by governing laws

Important Remarks
- All requests for reimbursement must be communicated in writing
- Repayments are conducted in $ irrespective of the initial currency used
- Purchasing travel insurance is heavily advised
- This policy is subject to adjustments given a 30-day notification
- Reimbursements adhere to prevailing taxes and laws
